Rates
50-60 minute Initial Interview: $135
50 minute Therapy Session: $120
Insurance
Psychotherapy may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- What is my co-payment?
I participate as a provider for several insurance companies, but am considered "out of network" for others. Many companies offer excellent out-of-network mental health benefits, so be sure and check with your insurance carrier on this.

Cancellation Policy
If you miss your scheduled appointment, or you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance of your need to cancel, you will be charged one-half of my hourly fee ($60).
